Holiday Centerpiece Workshop!

Join Hannah, Founder of BRKFST IN MARCH and Co - Founder of VIRIDA, at Note To Self Wellness on December 22nd 2 - 5 pm - designing a holiday centerpiece for your Christmas or New Years table.

In this workshop you will be guided on how to design a centerpiece using holiday foliage and sustainable materials. 

In this hands-on experience, you'll learn to create a beautiful centerpiece using holiday foliage and sustainable materials. Take home your custom creation along with a guided info card for notes and helpful tips.

We’ll provide:

  • The vessel for your centerpiece

  • Tools (please bring your own clippers or strong scissors)

  • A selection of seasonal foliage

  • Guidance from Hannah, drawing on her decade of expertise.

Sound Bath

Sound Bath Series with Arianna Bickle at NoteToSelf

Led by Arianna Bickle, a Master of Sound Therapy who heals through sound, meditation, and yoga. This guided meditation takes you to a state of deep relaxation, so the sounds and vibrations of her beautiful glass bowls and other sound healing instruments can wash over you, helping to melt away stress & tension.
