Lilly’s inspiration for becoming a holistic esthetician came from her passion of living an intentional and healthy lifestyle - she believes that health and beauty starts from the inside out. Lilly teaches and practices both yoga and meditation and feels these practices are the foundation of self care and self love. She also believes that yoga and esthetics go hand in hand, for if you nourish and take care of your body, it shows in your skin and your overall health and wellbeing.  Lilly wants to feel the best she can in this life and she wants her clients to feel the same.

Lilly's career in the wellness began with teacher training in India where she learned Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga as well as becoming certified in Osho dynamic meditation.  She furthered her education in Thailand studying under the guidance of Jayaprada Rhadika Devi Dasi, a Bhakti-yoga practitioner and holistic coach who practices not only the physical capabilities of the body, but also the philosophy of the yamas and niyamas, the “moral codes” based on the “right ways of living.” Lilly’s studies in Asia expanded her appreciation of taking time daily to reconnect with one’s inner self through the art of self-care, and how the self love we give ourselves reflects the love we are capable to give to others.

During her time teaching yoga, both in studio and hospital settings, Lilly experienced issues with her skin.  Inspired to learn more about skin and how it can affect one’s heath and wellness (and vice versa), Lilly expanded her education to esthetics, receiving her education at the Metro Beauty Academy in Allentown. Her first year out of school she worked at a Dermatology office where she was exposed to the medical side of conditions and diseases of the skin.  Realizing that she wanted to approach skin care from the perspective of holistic wellness, she joined the team at NoteToSelf Wellness, training under the tutelage of expert Ayurvedic esthetician and owner, Kelley Hughes.

To experience a facial with Lily, one is transported to a peaceful sacred space. After a thorough skin consultation, Lilly begins her treatments with meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques), then provides a customized treatment plan that is tailored to the unique skin concerns of each of her clientele.  Lilly’s touch is healing and one leaves feeling at peace and inspired to continue their journey on achieving and maintaining radiant, healthy skin!

Lily treasures bringing joy into her life and some of her greatest pleasures include traveling with her boyfriend, singing in the car with the windows down on a sunny day, weekend trips to NYC, cooking nourishing vegetarian meals, finding cute coffee shops to get lost in, good books, hiking, biking, swimming and anything at all that involves being surrounded by nature, dancing the night away at concerts, spending a day thrifting, practicing yoga and giving herself and her boyfriend at-home facials!
